ALL DAY POT ROAST
 Contributed By: Roger Morris

1 7-bone roast

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 package Lipton's dry onion-mushroom soup mix

Heavy-duty aluminum foil

Preheat oven to 250-degrees.

Line baking pan with sheet of foil large enough to wrap the meat.

Place roast in pan. Add dry soup mix and undiluted can of soup.

Seal foil tightly and place in oven.

Bake 8-10 hours. Reduce heat if cooking for longer time (i.e., 225-degrees for 10 hours).

Comments: Makes its own gravy. Potatoes, carrots and/or onions may also be cooked in the foil packet at the same time and are quite good. I normally don't cook vegetables with the roast because I don't want to take the time to prepare them in the morning.

This is the best pot roast I have ever tasted.
