Butter Fried Tofu

 

 

12 oz firm tofu cut into cubes or slabs

1/3 cup Teriyaki sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons butter

 

Place sauce and tofu in a shallow pan.

Marinate for 1 hour turning tofu after 30 minutes.

Melt butter in a skillet. Add tofu and saute for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serve any remaining merinade as a dipping sauce

 

Comments: Serve with asian vegetables or as part of a salad.
