GARLIC CHICKEN
 

 

2 chicken breast halves

¼ pound butter

6-8 cloves garlic

Chopped green onion or chives

½ cup flour

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

Rice or noodles

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Dredge in flour mixed with the salt and pepper.

Melt butter in skillet. Crush garlic into butter.

Saute chicken pieces in butter over moderately high heat. Will cook quickly - 6-8 minutes.

Serving Ideas: Serve over rice or noodles. Garnish with Chopped green onion or chives.

Comments: Be sure to start the rice or noodles early enough to be ready when the chicken is done.s

A easy way to dredge meat in flour is as follows: put flour and seasoning in a paper bag, shake bag to mix seasonings, than put meat into bag and shake to coat meat.
