Use extra large skillet. Brown the meat in a skillet. If you are using fresh onion add it to the meat as it browns. Drain off the fat. Add 4 cups of water and the remaining ingredients. Stir and bring to boil. Simmer, uncovered, about 30 minutes, or until mixture is as thick as you like. Makes 4 servings. |
Comments: Gets better with reheating. Half the cost, almost as fast, better for you and better tasting than packaged mix. |
