Soups are Neal's specialty.  Almost every Sunday in autumn and winter finds Neal making soup. We prefer soups that provide a complete meal with the addition of just a salad and, perhaps, bread.  The bread machine is also usually busy on these Sundays.  Homemade soup and homemade bread make a wonderful supper.
